The goal of the Codex is to raise the bar and deliver consistently high quality work for our customers in the most efficient manner possible.

The Codex should include:

• Principles that we can use to in decision making
• Coding standards to provide consistency
• Tried & tested techniques to help others go from zero to one.

• Document the agreed standards to which hold each other to.
• Give back to other developers by communicating our learnings.
• Helping us to acknowledge areas for improvement
• A meeting place to hold discussions over new approaches.
• Serve as a training tool for new team members or people changing role.

Living document

Ultimately, our playbook is a living set of documents, a gift to all Space48ers. While there will be key contributors for each area, there is no single owner. Please consider this “open source”, and free to add to, update in any area that is important to you.
